When most maintenance partners have to reach out for third parties for production support (if replacements needed), we handle this whole process in-house.

With access to a UK-wide network of highly experienced installation and maintenance engineers, we have the capacity and reach to respond effectively and efficiently, ensuring your estate remains in top condition. 

Our teams hold essential accreditations and operating permits, including CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, IPAF and PASMA, and ‘SPA’ accreditations which means our fitting crews, surveyors and project managers have a safety passport to attend all types of site including those considered hazardous (eg. petrol forecourts).

We also offer access to a cloud-based portal for real-time activity tracking from engineers on site.

Complimentary services

As we are also an award-winning manufacturer, unlike many maintenance partners, we streamline the process and help reduce costs by keeping all the necessary maintenance services in-house. For replacement signs for example, our expert teams can raise orders and move through the factory, getting product made for engineers to install on-site with minimal disruption. We understand that your brand speaks volumes about your service so the sooner we can get your sign back and working, the sooner you can be looking your best!

Astley also offers storage opportunities for clients to have standard product made and ready to go out on vans with engineers. This means that should a failure be identified, our teams can potentially fix at their first visit.
