Phil Stocker

Technical Manager

Leading our technical team with expertise of his own.

Phil brings a wealth of experience to his role as Technical Manager, helping support and drive the team of our Technical Team to deliver quality, safe solutions.

Phil and his team’s responsibilities include the creation of manufacturing drawings and bills of materials (BoM) for the production phase of projects, applying technical understanding to the design process and adapting this to a range of products.

They work closely with QS and Structural Engineering strategic partners to ensure that drawings are compliant and that all product manufactured and installed answers health and safety legislation.

A bit more about me, in 3

I’m particularly proud of…

During my short time here I’m already proud of my team’s ability to adapt to changing customer requirements. Within this role you have to be flexible and understand that requirements can and do change in response to external factors out of our control. As a team we have to be flex to demand and work closely with other departments to ensure that this process is seamless and doesn’t impact the delivery.

I must admit, coming into this industry from another, it’s also incredibly rewarding to see our work on some of the local landmarks and buildings.

Hopes for the future…

I’m always excited by new tech and how it can make things work better and faster. I’d love to see us keep pushing for smarter digital tools to help with projects, design, and how we make things.
