Coming from a background of design and marketing, alongside previous roles in account management, Lucy brings a wealth of industry insight and an enhanced understanding of the customer journey. As one of the company’s Senior Leadership Team, she is also involved in strategy direction and supports multiple areas of the business to secure sustainable growth.
As one of the Volunteer Heath Advocates Lucy also is passionate about employee engagement and wellbeing, working hard alongside the team to formulate health and wellbeing initiatives.
Helping to drive brand messaging, company values and client activities alongside the promotion of company ESG activities form a central focus for her within this varied role.
