As one of the company directors, Bryan plays a key role in shaping the overarching business strategy and driving change. He focuses particularly on identifying operational efficiencies and oversees the manufacturing arm of the business, bringing valuable industry insight to the role.
His role also includes oversight of the QHSE and Projects Team, with a focus on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes that uphold exceptional client service.
Bryan also plays a key role in governance and process development, working closely with the QHSE Manager to drive improvements across our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. His focus on continuous improvement ensures the business is managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
