astley had the pleasure of supporting Brookfield Properties with a range of impactful brand graphics and experiential installations across a number of their properties in London. Our work helped elevate the visual identity of major developments, enhancing the public realm with bold, creative graphics.

Our team had the privilege of working with a number of artists, creating experiential installations positioned outside properties to generate interest and promote the developments. We also completed various smaller branding projects around the sites to assist with navigation and help promote events.

Brookfield Properties needed a graphics and signage partner who could deliver premium-quality branding solutions that would promote the developments and generate interest for prospective tenants. Working out of hours and being mindful of current occupiers was an integral part of this relationship.

Astley utilised specialist workshop and installation teams to survey, craft and apply branding, with exceptional attention to detail, responding effectively to the high levels of expectations from the Brookfield creative team and artists for colour and finish.

One standout example is our work at Principal Place, where we delivered vibrant large-format hoarding graphics featuring artist Agostino Iacurci’s striking “Eight Rooms” design. The installation adds a powerful splash of colour and visual energy to the built environment, creating a more engaging space for passersby.

These high-resolution prints were produced using our state-of-the-art Epson SureColour printer, which delivered exceptional quality and colour fidelity—bringing the artist’s vision to life with maximum impact.
