Survey

During site visits and surveys, our team captures vital information to prepare for safe, efficient installs or maintenance – identifying access needs and potential hazards. Clients can opt for a bespoke cloud-based system, providing real-time access to survey photos and team feedback.

Planning approvals

Before any site visit, our Projects team prepares detailed RAMS outlining crew activities and safety precautions, shared in advance with all stakeholders. Oversight is provided by our dedicated QHSE Manager, who regularly visits sites to ensure full compliance with safety protocols.

Support

Clear communication is essential, so our teams share activity summaries with clients and on-site stakeholders, and coordinate with site managers in advance to arrange inductions and schedule visits appropriately.

Reporting

For maintenance clients, we provide visit reports – detailing completed actions or next steps, such as sign replacement – accessible via an optional cloud-based system as part of their maintenance package.
